    Grafik Adds Several New Clients

    Grafik is pleased to announce that the firm has picked up several new clients including WorldSpace Satellite Radio, Consumer Healthcare Products Association, EYA, Lydian Wealth Management, National Datacast Inc., Major League Baseball Players Association, and Volunteers of America. Grafik looks forward to assisting these clients on a variety of marketing and branding initiatives including logo and identity development, positioning strategy, advertising, web site and collateral design, and direct mail.

    Judy Kirpich Is Honored with AIGA Fellows Award

    Grafik CEO Judy F. Kirpich was recently honored with the prestigious AIGA Fellows Award.  Since its inception in 1999, AIGA has presented the Fellows Award to distinguished members of the graphic design industry who have made a significant contribution to raising the standards of excellence in their local design community and within their AIGA chapter.

    Nominations for the Fellows Award are highly selective and based on principals that are essential to preserving and growing the design industry; education, writing, leadership, reputation and practice.  Ms. Kirpich is only one of two Fellow Award recipients to be honored by the Washington, DC AIGA chapter.
    Ms. Kirpich is a Montgomery County resident and a founding partner of Grafik. She has lived and worked in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for years, and is an active member of AIGA Washington, DC chapter.

    CEO Judy Kirpich Recognized by ADCMW as Lifetime Member

    Grafik CEO, Judy Kirpich, has been honored with the prestigious Art Directors Club of Metropolitan Washington (ADCMW) Lifetime Member Award. She was presented with this inaugural award for her dedication to the design community, her willingness to support the Art Directors Club, and for the commitment to design leadership exemplified by Judy and her firm.

    In her acceptance speech, Ms. Kirpich thanked Grafik and acknowledged her induction as a Lifetime of ADCMW as a tribute to her partners, most of who were in attendance.

    “ADCMW has been an important part of the Washington, D.C. community for as long as I can remember,” said Ms. Kirpich. “It’s always an honor to be recognized by your peers.”

    Grafik CEO Receives Top Honor at WPO International Conference

    Grafik CEO, Judy Kirpich was honored with the prestigious President’s Award by the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO). This inaugural Award was given to only four recipients selected from over 500 members, and was presented at the conclusion of the WPO International Conference, held this year in Toronto, Canada.

    Ms. Kirpich’s award was in recognition of the work Grafik developed for the WPO’s recent branding initiative. Based in Alexandria, VA, Ms. Kirpich and the creative staff at Grafik collaborated with the WPO to enhance the organizationýs brand to better represent its values.

    “The mission of the WPO is vital to women entrepreneurs,” remarked Ms. Kirpich. “It was an honor to work with Marsha Firestone, Ph.D., President and Founder of the WPO, and the board to help reposition the brand and to enable the organization to continue its expansion and influence.”

    Additionally, Ms. Kirpich led a breakout session at the International Conference entitled, “Boost Your Brand,” during which she spoke to her fellow women entrepreneurs on the topic of brand enhancement.

    Grafik CEO to Lead Branding Workshop

    Judy Kirpich, the CEO of Grafik, will present a branding workshop at the 2005 annual Women Presidents’ Organization conference in Toronto in early April. Ms. Kirpich has been asked to conduct a workshop titled “Boosting Your Brand,” which will touch on all of the ways an organization can energize or reinvigorate its brand.

    The Women Presidents’ Organization works to improve business conditions for women entrepreneurs and to promote the acceptance and advancement of women entrepreneurs in all industries.

    “I am pleased to address such an important group of women, and hope that my experience helping companies develop their brands will provide valuable insight,” remarked Judy.
